Trap

2026, UHD video, stereo, 30 minutes

A wall-filling projection reveals a panoramic view of a wide area. It reveals demolition edges, pits, and fresh tree growth, leaving the question of its origin unanswered. The camera rotates continuously, scanning a topographical surface whose meaning is elusive. Strange, brightly colored objects—red plates, yellow shards, and pink splinters—are scattered on the ground. But from what? Their function remains unclear. It is as if another system of order has settled into this landscape—not clearly or identifiably, but rather in a hidden, profound transformation.
